I've never been arrested in my life. I don't know how you can be as incapacitated as this man in this contraption is and manage to still do something wrong, get arrested and have a mug shot taken. Hats off to you, dude.
Mug shot humor. Who would've thunk? Never in a million years would I have guessed there'd be so many worthwhile mug shots on the net.
