
What the hell am I talking about, you ask? Well, serendipity would have it that I was talking to GiggleGirl about the expression
"jumping the shark" today. This term comes from the infamous moment on September 20, 1977, when "The Fonz" from "Happy Days" donned his famous leather jacket, went water skiing, and jumped a shark on his skis.
