Lauren Conrad
debuted her Spring 2009 line to a very packed house as part of
LA Fashion Week last night. Lo Bosworth, Kyle Howard, and Jason Wahler were all in the front row, though it looks like Audrina Patridge didn't make it. Whitney Port is in NYC shooting her new show.

Max Payne may be an action packed video game come to life, but it was all glamor at last night's LA premiere. Mark Wahlberg may not have loved his
SNL skewering, but he looked to be in great spirits with Rhea out on the red carpet for the first time since recently giving birth. The two have been together for years but according to Mark they're looking to
finally tie the knot next August.

The trials and the tribulations of Hollywood's finest continued to escalate in this week's episode of
The Hills. All eyes were on Audrina with her three-ring circus of men and poolside escapades. Thankfully, Lauren played the low-key card this week and decided to be a friend and confidant, rather than a trouble starter.

Don't you just love episodes of
The Hills when the girls shine and the guys are practically obsolete? So maybe Audrina is still dealing with the infamous Justin Bobby and Lauren just can't bear to mend a friendship with Heidi while she's still with Spencer, but all in all, there were some genuine girl talk moments. Just like the drama, the tech appearances also come in big waves, and last night's episode was no exception.

Sunday sees the start of two American shows I'm really excited about: season four of
The Hills and brand new series
Fringe. Tune in to The Hills on
MTV One at 8pm and find out what LA's glamorous gals and guys have been up to: Heidi's back with Spencer and entertaining her sister Holly, while Lauren's organising Audrina's birthday party with Lo before accepting a date with Doug from back in the Laguna Beach day.
At 9pm switch to
Sky One for the bumper opening episode of JJ Abrams' Fringe, which is literally explosive.

Wow, there was so much tech talk in this week's episode of
The Hills that it reminded me how much text messaging can be such a help and such a hindrance! My advice for The Hills gang and for people in general is — don't text it if you don't want it shared amongst others! Wouldn't it be great if you could send self-destructing texts?

The title of this week's
Hills episode is a perfect way to sum up the drama that ensued when Lauren jetted off to Rome. The girls kept their agendas full and their Blackberrys busy as the plot thickened between Audrina, Heidi, Lo, Stephanie and Lauren. A bit of tech talk but mainly short gadget cameos here and there to keep us on our tech toes.
What Advice Would You Give Heidi? If you shake your head during Heidi and Spencer's scenes on
The Hills, I can assure you that you're not alone. Though I'm pretty certain most of their antics are just for show, knowing that these two are together in real life makes me more than concerned.
