Heidi and Spencer enjoyed the warm Los Angeles weekend with some shopping on Rodeo Drive and lunch at the Beverly Wilshire hotel on Saturday. As usual the spirits were high for the duo that loves nothing more than a good photo op. Last week they expanded their resume by shooting their
guest spot on How I Met Your Mother.
Spencer Pratt had lunch with his sister as they filmed a scene for
The Hills yesterday before meeting up with Heidi Montag for dinner and a photo op in LA. During the election, the couple were outwardly
pro McCain/Palin, but they recently talked about
Proposition 8 and Heidi revealed she's "very for equal rights."
Spencer said, "Like I've always said: Heidi's hair and makeup people are some of my favorite homosexuals on the planet, and if they want to marry each other, I'm not about to be like, 'Don't.'" Leave it to Spencer to have an answer like that, but at least they're
among the celebrities speaking out about this controversial issue.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt brought their smiles over to the annual Austim Speaks Acts of Love Celebration in LA last night as they continue to
support charities with their publicity-happy PDA. Up until now, Lauren's the only
Hills star with TV guest spots, but now Heidi and Spencer are invading one of our
favorite shows. The duo will star in a January episode
of How I Met Your Mother, which they'll film this week.

The
Hills stars are on set to film their roles this week, and the episode will air in January. Series co-creator Craig Thomas joked to E!
Such a great surprise! This week on
The Hills, Whitney and Lauren ventured off to NYC for both business and pleasure, as Heidi continued to deal with work and Spencer drama. Very little tech, but some gadget cameos and geeky-talk that I could get a small tech quiz ready for ya.

rest of the celebrity voters and headed to the polls in LA yesterday. While
their choice for President didn't win the election, the couple still took the opportunity to pose for patriotic photos. As they supported their candidates, Heidi's dad was endorsing Spencer.
