My thought on the "ambitious" part is that it takes a whole lot of effort to be both crap-ilicious and hot at the same time. Factor in the fragrant part, and , well, the bar has been raised.

Its weird but I feel like eating Chinese food now. I think they meant to say "crab" but I dont know what the be ambitious part means! lol!
